Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 12, 2026
Proseed (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides project management and related tools for builders (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Service at proseed.tech and associated applications.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Proseed. For privacy-related questions, contact us at proseedapp@outlook.com.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile data
When you create an account, we collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers. If you sign in through a third-party provider (for example, OAuth), we receive profile details that provider shares with us according to your settings with that provider.
Content you create
We store the projects, tasks, notes, milestones, expenses, messages, roadmap items, changelogs, and other materials you add to the Service. If you enable build-in-public or similar features, some of this content may be displayed on public pages, embeds, or feeds you configure.
Usage and technical data
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, such as IP address, device and browser type, general location derived from IP, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. We may also collect product usage events to understand feature adoption and improve reliability and security.
Communications
If you contact us by email or through the Service, we retain those messages and related metadata (for example, your address and time sent) so we can respond and maintain support records.
Payments
Paid plans are processed by our payment and billing partners. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; our partners handle card data according to their own privacy policies. We receive limited billing information (such as subscription status, plan, and transaction references) needed to provide access to paid features.
AI-assisted features
Where the Service offers AI-assisted functionality, the inputs you provide and outputs generated may be processed by us and by model providers we use to deliver those features. We configure processing to support the Service and, where applicable, limit retention according to our agreements with providers.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users and secure accounts;
- Process subscriptions and communicate about billing;
- Send service-related notices, security alerts, and support responses;
- Analyze usage in aggregate to improve performance and develop features;
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service;
- Protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Service.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure providers that host the Service, store data, and run application logic (for example, cloud hosting and database providers);
- Payment processors to complete transactions for paid plans;
- Analytics and error-reporting tools, in aggregated or pseudonymous form where possible;
- AI and communication vendors when needed to provide specific features you use;
- Professional advisers when required for legal, audit, or security purposes;
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly understood in applicable privacy laws.
5. Public and shared content
Features such as public project pages, roadmaps, suggestions, embeds, RSS, or “build in public” may make selected content visible to anyone on the internet. You control what you publish; do not post sensitive personal data you do not want exposed publicly.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit certain functionality.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete content or your account, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps consistent with applicable law (such as contractual safeguards where required).
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at proseedapp@outlook.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
11. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate (for example, by email or an in-app message).
